Business Intelligence Consultant
The successful Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant works with the Meridian Partners team to determine data requirements and provide creative, data-driven visualization and solutions to support the strategic business decision-making, reporting, and marketing activities of public sector clients. They will develop complex dashboards and reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI, create processes and database structures, and manage and maintain business data for reporting and intelligence purposes. The successful BI Consultant will ideally have come from a multi-tool environment where they have created models from scratch, preferably using dimensions. This individual works closely with IT, Operations, and other departments at the client to support organization-wide BI initiatives and related projects and teams.
Public Sector Budgeting and Finance Consultant
The successful candidate for this position must possess public sector budgeting knowledge, an understanding of public sector accounting and finance concepts, integration points with major financial systems, and experience optimizing and automating the budget process. The ability to effectively interact with all levels of the client staff (from clerical to executives) to gather, document, and validate end-user requirements is a must. This position will initially be remote, to comply with recommended health and safety guidelines and best practices. As those restrictions are modified, there is the strong potential for travel within the United States..

They will enhance department functions by planning, implementing, and developing training, administering of employee benefits, maintaining employee handbook and HR procedures manual, and answering employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, and procedures.
The desktop publisher will use publishing software to create various documents and products, including newsletters and reports that will be submitted to Congress. This individual will format and combine text, numerical data, photographs, illustrations, charts, and other visual elements
