Meridian Partners' core team has extensive experience in Enterprise Resource Planning as well as business strategy and reorganization, technology architecting, designing and implementing applications and infrastructure solutions.
Wil Martinez
Wil Martinez, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
As Managing Partner is responsible for Corporate Strategy, and Sales and Marketing.
 
Prior to founding Meridian Partners, he was the Southeast Regional Director for Breakaway Solutions, an international publicly traded consultancy. He was also the Florida Group Manager for Cambridge Technology Partners, a Boston-based consultancy.
Mr. Martinez has helped to secure and deliver solutions to clients such as the South Florida Water Management District, Miami Dade County Public Schools, Patriot Rail, the Houston Independent School District and RailAmerica, and many more.
Mr. Martinez completed his undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA, and currently serves on the Lutron IT Advisory Council and on the Board of the Save our Sick Kids Foundation.
Greg Valyou
Greg Valyou, SVP Strategy and Solutions
As the SVP of Strategy and Solutions, Mr. Valyou's responsibilities include the client journey from acquisition to successful roll-out and delivery of the latest innovative enterprise solutions.
Mr. Valyou has 20 years of enterprise leadership experience ranging from his early career as a consultant, project program and project Manager to CIO/ CTO, and technology executive.
 
His background includes supporting a diverse set of industries with both domestic and international experience, including Florida Blue, Jet Blue, the United Nations, Miami Dade College, Polk County Public Schools, Miami Dade County Public Schools, and many more.  He has a proven track record of executing projects and delivering results on time and on budget that are aligned with client’s business strategy.  
Mr. Valyou has authored and delivered numerous presentations and publications focused on the adoption of new transformational technologies, including a  Barnes & Noble Press published book, "Artificial Intelligence - Get Ready for Tomorrow" and as a featured author on LinkedIn Big Data section with 4 million+ readers.
 
He earned a degree in Economics from the University at Albany in New York, OMMBA from University at Buffalo, School of Management, a Certificate in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) designation from PMI (The Project Management Institute).
 
Within the community, Mr. Valyou has been recognized for his service to federally funded Head Start as a Community Board Member and for his donation of hundreds of backpacks complete with school supplies to the local school district to help ensure that all children have the resources they need to be successful.

Joseph H Haggler, Growth Officer, Government Solutions Group
As the Chief Growth Officer – Government Services, Mr. Haggler’s responsibilities include bridging the traditional departmental silos in organizations such as business development, sales, marketing, operations, and information technology as it applies to targeted revenue growth, starting with external market dynamics, customer needs and preferences, and buyer behavior specific to the federal government contracting for Meridian's Government solutions group.
 
Mr. Haggler is a proven Executive Business Development and Capture Manager with over 20+ years of proven Senior Operation Manager Experience. Providing direction and support in all aspects of business development including identification, qualification, positioning, and capture of new business for 8a / SDVOSB /SDBE / ANC both (Tribal, Alaskan Native, Hawaiian).  

As a Federal, Civilian growth manager he is known for creating and executing strategies with demonstrated track record of success leading capture teams.  Skilled at leveraging division knowledge, and management resources to ensure a technically sound, correctly priced, and relevant past performance win strategy.
Pedro Carrera
Pedro Carrera, VP of Delivery 
As the VP of Delivery, Mr. Carrera is responsibilities include the successful execution of our managed service solution and delivery of our project based implementation and support initiatives for both Private and Public sector clients.   

Mr. Carrera has over 25 years of SAP/IT hands-on and leadership experience ranging from financial consultant (FI/CO) to Project Manager, Director and VP.  His experience includes numerous successful “go lives” covering the SAP Financials, Logistics and Human Recourse modules (including payroll).  He also led SAP upgrades, database migrations, HANA, GRC, BW and BPC implementations and server migration and virtualization.  His background includes a broad range of business processes in a diverse set of industries with both domestic and international experience.  He has a proven track record of executing SAP projects that are aligned with the strategies of the business and delivering results on time and on budget. 
His experience includes consultant, project manager and executive roles with Acer Computers Latin America, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Patagon.com, RailAmerica, Inc., Lewis Energy Group and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.  

He holds an Bachelors in Accountancy for The George Washington University in Washington D.C.,  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and various SAP certifications including Certified Integrator for mySAP Public Sector Solution.
Neil Renaldi, Director of Client Relationships 
As the Director of Client Relationships, Mr. Renaldi’s responsibilities include strategy, planning, coordinating, and leading all activities related to the design, development, maintenance, and implementation of Meridian's public sector solutions. 
 
Mr. Renaldi has 33+ years of experience in the public sector environment, specifically in public high education.  After 12+ years in finance and administration, he was the project manager for the implementation of SAP ERP that consolidated administrative systems at the fourteen (14) Pennsylvania State-owned universities into a central shared services environment to support transactional processing for budget, accounting, procurement, benefits administration, time management, organization management, and payroll.  The project mandated business process redesign to align each university with standard best practices, ensure compliance with statutory mandates, administrative policies, and the numerous collective bargaining agreements. 
 
He holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from Bloomsburg University of PA and a MS in Information Systems from Shippensburg University of PA. 
Bernardo Camerena
Bernardo Camarena, Vice President, Analytics
As the VP of Analytics, Mr. Camarena's responsibilities include the strategy, planning, coordinating, and supervision of all activities related to the design, development, maintenance and implementation of Meridian's data driven solutions.
 
This includes a strong focus on SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Business Objects (BOBJ) and Enterprise Performance Management (BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation and Profitability and Cost Management) applications.  
Mr. Camarena was previously the Division Director for the SAP Center of Excellence at the South Florida Water Management District and during his 10 year tenure at the SFWMD, he led the successful implementation of SAP at the agency.  He has also supported many successful projects at Miami Dade County Public Schools, School Board of Broward County, Polk County Public Schools, and the Commonwealth of PA.
He holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a BA in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland.
