Meridian Partners' core team has extensive experience in Enterprise Resource Planning as well as business strategy and reorganization, technology architecting, designing and implementing applications and infrastructure solutions.
Wil Martinez
Wil Martinez, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

As Managing Partner is responsible for Corporate Strategy, and Sales and Marketing.
 
Prior to founding Meridian Partners, he was the Southeast Regional Director for Breakaway Solutions, an international publicly traded consultancy. He was also the Florida Group Manager for Cambridge Technology Partners, a Boston-based consultancy.

Mr. Martinez has helped to secure and deliver solutions to clients such as the South Florida Water Management District, Miami Dade County Public Schools, Patriot Rail, the Houston Independent School District and RailAmerica, and many more.

Mr. Martinez completed his undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA, and currently serves on the Lutron IT Advisory Council and on the Board of the Save our Sick Kids Foundation.

Greg Valyou, Senior Vice President

As the Senior Vice President, Mr. Valyou's responsibilities include managing the client journey from the start of their relationship with Meridian to successful roll-out and delivery of the latest innovative enterprise solutions.  His role includes oversight for Sales, Partnerships and Solution Delivery.

Mr. Valyou has 20 years of enterprise leadership experience ranging from his early career as a consultant, project program and project Manager to CIO/ CTO, and technology executive.
 
His background includes supporting a diverse set of industries with both domestic and international experience, including Florida Blue, Jet Blue, the United Nations, Miami Dade College, Polk County Public Schools, Miami Dade County Public Schools, and many more.  He has a proven track record of executing projects and delivering results on time and on budget that are aligned with client’s business strategy.  

Mr. Valyou has authored and delivered numerous presentations and publications focused on the adoption of new transformational technologies, including a  Barnes & Noble Press published book, "Artificial Intelligence - Get Ready for Tomorrow" and as a featured author on LinkedIn Big Data section with 4 million+ readers.
 
He earned a degree in Economics from the University at Albany in New York, OMMBA from University at Buffalo, School of Management, a Certificate in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) designation from PMI (The Project Management Institute).
 
Within the community, Mr. Valyou has been recognized for his service to federally funded Head Start as a Community Board Member and for his donation of hundreds of backpacks complete with school supplies to the local school district to help ensure that all children have the resources they need to be successful.

Joseph (Jaye) H Haggler, Growth Officer, Federal Government

As the Growth Officer for the Government Solutions Group, Mr. Haggler is responsible for leading Meridian Partners’ dedicated government division.

As the division leader, he can often be found presenting innovative, cost effective, and reliable technology solutions to Meridian Partners’ many government customers, including the United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Coast Guard, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and AbilityOne.

Mr. Haggler is a proven business development and capture manager with over 20 years of proven senior operation management experience. He is an expert at providing direction and support in all aspects of solution lifecycle including identification, qualification, positioning, and for 8a / SDVOSB /SDBE / ANC both (Tribal, Alaskan Native, Hawaiian) entities.

He is best known for creating and executing strategies to help government agencies meet mission critical objectives on-time and on-budget. Skilled at leveraging division knowledge, and the efficient management of publicly funded resources to ensure a technically sound, correctly priced, solution that maximizes public benefit.

Outside of Meridian, Mr. Haggler has a strong love for the sport of basketball, which he has coached for over 20 years at every level from little league to Division I college basketball. He just finished his basketball season with a private high school in Northern Virginia. Mr. Haggler is finishing a degree in Bible studies from Colorado Christina University, graduating in December 2022.  
Bernardo Camerena
Bernardo Camarena, Vice President and Practice Director, Analytics

As Vice President and Practice Director, Analytics, Mr. Camarena's responsibilities include the strategy, planning, coordinating, and supervision of all activities related to the design, implementation, and support of Meridian's data driven solutions.  
 
In addition to proudly serving in the United States Army, Mr. Camarena was previously the Division Director for the SAP Center of Excellence at the South Florida Water Management District and during his 10 year long tenure at the SFWMD, he led the successful implementation of many innovative solutions including SAP.
 
At Meridian he is an analytics expert and has also supported many successful projects at Miami Dade County Public Schools, School Board of Broward County, Polk County Public Schools, the Commonwealth of PA, Florida State University, and many others.  He has extensive experience with Public sector budgeting and solutions from SAP, Workday, Microsoft and many others.
 
He holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a BA in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland.

Julie Strunk, Practice Director, Digital Transformation
 
As the Practice Director for Digital Transformation, from idea to implementation and deployment Ms. Strunk leads Meridian's strategy, transformation, change management, and training teams. 

With 25+ years of professional experience across a variety of corporate functions such as Information Technology, Procurement, and Operations, she brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse set of companies including The Nielsen Company, Citi, and Fifth Third Bank. Her experience in program management, process improvement and organizational change management coupled with her excellent communication and relationship building skills have enabled Ms. Strunk to drive successful outcomes including cost reduction, productivity improvement, customer and employee satisfaction, and reduced risk.

During her tenure at The Nielsen Company, she led a global PMO and was responsible for the creation and governance of a software development life cycle framework, ITIL quality processes, and Agile development tools. She also drove multiple transformation efforts as well as managed several large vendor relationships including a $2.2B contract with a large outsourcing partner and led the Global Procurement organization supporting a $1.7B portfolio across 9000+ vendors in 100+ countries.  Most recently, she led the transformation of many of Nielsen’s ERP business processes through implementation of Ariba/S4 Hana.

 
She holds a BS from University of Southern Indiana, and numerous industry certifications including Lean Six Sigma.

Jihane Khachchou, Practice Director, Human Capital Management
 

As the Practice Director for Human Capital Management, Ms. Khachchou leads Meridian's Human Capital Management teams as they design, plan, implement and deploy the latest cutting edge people based solutions.

 

Ms. Khachchou is a highly experienced HCM expert with 20 years of ERP experience which includes payroll, benefits, and entitlements.   She has an extensive background in SAP Human capital management, and Workday HCM.   Ms. Khachchou is skilled at building-cross-functional teams and is known by customers and peers as an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver who can personalize solutions to their unique needs.  She has an aptitude for identify and driving change with a positive outcome, a passion for developing others around her and driven by solving complex scenarios, 

 

She has sat on both sides of the table as an employee and consultant which provides a unique perspective and has managed a broad array of projects in industries, companies and institutions including NGO's, Public Sector, Higher Education, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Healthcare.  With experience that spans the globe, Ms. Khachchou was a key asset to their UN's recent $1b USD modernization program as an ERP and HCM expert, and has also led and supported transformational projects with Capgemini, International Development Bank, World Bank, World Food Program, International Maritime Organization, L’Oréal, and Florida State College of Jacksonville.

Ms. Khachchou holds a Master of Business Information Systems- Information Technology from the University of Glasgow, as well as numerous SAP, Workday, and industry certifications.  She speak and writes in over five languages including English, French, and Spanish.
