Meridian Partners, is seeking a talented Client Partner to join their growing team.

 The Client Partner is a trusted SAP advisor and services delivery expert for Meridian clients. The Client Partner reports to the Executive Team and works directly with the business development and client services delivery teams to prepare proposals and statement or works, assist in the closing of net new sales as well as the expansion of revenue and footprint within existing clients.  The Client Partner works with Client and Meridian leadership to ensure successful planning and delivery of Meridian services. A Client Partner must have experience and knowledge in the solution space and industries they support as an ongoing goal is to be a “trusted advisor” to clients.

 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships (as a trusted advisor) with decision-makers.  Acts as an escalation and solution point during engagements

  • Lead pre-sales and sales activities, providing knowledge and strategic advice to Meridian clients.

  • Responsible for managing multiple concurrent client and in coordination with the project team leadership ensuring their on-time, on-budget, on-scope, quality delivery

  • Responsible for the creation of Statements of Work and negotiating contracts with clients.

  • Represent Meridian within specific core industries and technologies

  • Responsible for the positioning of new opportunities and the expansion of revenue and footprint within existing clients

  • Responsible for forecasting and reporting the financial status of proposed and in-progress projects

 

Skills / Experience / Qualification:

  • Demonstrated experience in working at "C" level with current and Prospective customers and industry thought leaders.

  • Extensive knowledge in sales process (long and short), ability to travel, to work on own initiative, be creative and make decisions with minimum supervision.

  • Can-do attitude to provide necessary client support while maintaining strategic thought leadership within the company.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience across industries and using ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
